Who are the Group Executive?

The group executive is made up of parents and friends of the group. They provide invaluable support to the group such as making resources available to the leaders of the sections, managing finances and the upkeep of the hall.

The executive are also responsible for organising the use of the hall by other groups.

There is an AGM held every year, at the beginning of November. All parents, friends and leaders are invited.

Fund Raising

The Fundraising Committee is part or the Group Executive. They are behind our social events and fundraising activities. At the moment there are 4 members of the committee.

What they do

• Organise our social events such as AGM, Burns Nights, Ceilidhs and sponsored walks
• Apply to various organisation for funding on the group's behalf
• Provide funds to leaders for equipment or events
• Encourage uptake of Gift Aid

How to get involved

• Come to our social events!
• New ideas are always welcome
• If employers have schemes which support charities, take them up on it
• Sign up for Gift Aid
